About The Client: IPinfo handles over 40 billion requests a month, licensing our data to major clients like T-Mobile, Nike, DataDog, and more. With a global team of 14, we've grown from a side project in 2013 to a profitable business offering geolocation, IP to company, carrier detection, and VPN detection services.

HQ Address: 5616 49th Ave SW, Seattle, Washington US

How We Work: Join our ambitious, global team that syncs up monthly on all-hands Zoom calls. We operate asynchronously through Slack, GitHub, Linear, and Notion, allowing you to choose the hours that suit your productivity best.

The Role: As our Lead Customer Support, you'll work closely with sales and support, engaging with customers regularly to provide exceptional service.

Requirements:

2-3 years experience in technical customer support

Excellent communication skills

Comfortable engaging with C-level and VP positions

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities

Experience with large enterprise IT organizations

Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup

Fluent English speaker and writer

Bonus Points for:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field

Understanding of IP address data and networking concepts

Familiarity with Linux/Unix and web programming languages

Deep knowledge of the software development process
