Job Description: We seek a highly motivated and talented online Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing an online marketing strategy and maintaining relationships with active and potential customers in both Philippines and US markets. You will be crucial in expanding our brand's reach and increasing market share.
Responsibilities: • Identify research and implement effective online marketing strategy in both Philippines and US markets that align with our brand and target audience. • Develop online marketing to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. • Negotiate and manage sales and marketing partnerships and contracts with influencers, ensuring deliverables are met. • Manage cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR, and creative, to create compelling influencer marketing campaigns. • Monitor and analyze online and marketing performance and campaign metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization. • Stay current with industry trends, emerging platforms, and online and sales marketing best practices.
Requirements: • Preferred but not required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or PR with at least 3 years of related experience. • Strong knowledge of the Philippines and US markets, including Sales and marketing key influencers, trends, and cultural nuances. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Fluent in English and Spanish (Preferred but not required). • Solid understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and other marketing platforms. • Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed targets and KPIs. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and marketing skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
