About the Role

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resources Intern. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. As a Human Resources Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support day-to-day operations and contribute to the overall success of our HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Support new hire onboarding activities, including paperwork and orientation.

2. Employee Relations:
Aid in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and events.

3. HR Administration:
Support HR administrative tasks such as file maintenance, data entry, and document preparation.
Assist in updating and maintaining HR policies and procedures.

4. Training and Development:
Contribute to the coordination of training programs and development initiatives.
Assist in organizing employee training sessions and workshops.

5. Compliance:
Support compliance efforts by ensuring HR practices adhere to relevant laws and regulations.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team.

  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to HR projects.
